The metal fiber felt is made of metal fibers with a diameter of micrometers, which are laid non-woven and laminated and sintered at high temperature. The finished felt is formed by different pore size layers to form a gradient of hollow pores, which can control extremely high filtration accuracy and greater pollutant absorption. It has a three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution, and can continuously maintain the filtration effect of the filter surface. At the same time, it has the characteristics of good permeability, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, foldable, renewable, and long service life, making it a new generation of efficient metal filter materials suitable for use in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments
